Art Works is celebrating its first anniversary during the month of May. “Something New and Different” will be the theme for the month and for the special event scheduled for Thursday, May 14, from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m.

At the special event, Sharon Schmeltzer, Melisse Carr, Darlene Strand, Karen Larson, Gail Stanek, Tina Carlson, Julia Calkins, Joan Game, and Audrey Smith will explain the creative processes used for their collages, resin art, paintings, sculptures, fabric art, beadwork, and more.
